The stairlift trolley is the most helpful item for anyone who needs to transport goods of different weights and types. In fact, the stairlift trolley is a versatile, inexpensive tool that anyone can use given its ease of use.
How to choose the right stairlift trolley?
When deciding to buy or change your stairlift, it is important to first know what you need to carry, such as the weight and size of the product, and to know the structure of the stairs, particularly the narrowness and depth.
Once these parameters are defined, you can decide on the type of freight elevator truck to purchase.
The different types of stairlift trolley
The stairlift has the task of transporting products of different weights and types. For this reason, there are different types on the market that can move light, heavy and bulky goods.
Weights of less than 100 kg fall under the transportation of light goods. These are products such as dishwashers, ovens, washing machines. These are all products that are very sensitive to impacts, which is why it is important to be very careful.
On the other hand, light goods are defined as those weighing more than 100 kg. A crawler-mounted stairlift is recommended for its transportation, to facilitate the work of the person in charge, who will not even have to exert much effort in moving the instrument.
Bulky goods refer to those items that, although they do not weigh much, turn out to be bulky. These include, for example, vending machines, gym equipment, machinery.
