GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Sites, domains and subdomains referred to at https://www.tgr.it/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site), are the exclusive property of TGR S.r.l., headquartered at Registered Office: Via Donato Creti 10 - 40100 Bologna - and Operational Headquarters Via Lombardia 12 - 40064 Ozzano Emilia (BO) (VAT and Tax Code: 01234540373), hereinafter referred to as TGR.
The Site is not updated on a regular, periodic basis, and therefore should not be registered as a publishing product under Law 47 of 1948.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
These Terms of Service contain the terms and conditions governing the use of the services offered by TGR. By accepting these terms and conditions during the process of registering for the Site, and by using the Site itself, the User explicitly agrees to abide by the Conditions of the Site.
CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE INDICATES EXPRESS ACCEPTANCE BY THE USER
CHANGE OF CONDITIONS
The terms of service may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of the owners if they deem it necessary for legal or technical reasons.
Without prejudice to the ordinary remedies provided by law for non-performance of obligations under the contract or failure to comply with applicable regulations, TGR reserves the right to send notices to the User, suspend utilities for a definite or indefinite period of time, discontinuing the provision of all or some of its services, in the case of:
- Violations of these General Conditions;
- inability by the Site to verify the authenticity of the information provided during registration or while using the service;
- Performing actions that may result in economic damage or legal liability to the Site or other Users;
- security reasons and prevention of unauthorized access to the Site;
- Partial or total termination of services.
SITE USE.
You explicitly agree and warrant that your use of the Site and the services provided will be in full compliance with these Terms of Service, and will not violate the rights of any other party, will not constitute a breach of contractual obligation or a legal obligation to any third party, and will not contravene any applicable laws. It also expressly agrees to hold TGR harmless from any liability, to any person, arising from use of the Site not in accordance with these Terms.
The use of person or company names in addition to fictional manufactured nicknames is permitted for registration at www.tgr.it, provided that the User has permissions to use the name or domain name and by such use does not violate any of the applicable intellectual property laws. The User by registering on the Site agrees to hold TGR harmless from any liability, to any party, arising from the use of person names, domain names, or company trademarks, not in accordance with applicable laws.
The User is expressly prohibited from:
- Use the Site in a manner that damages, disables, overloads, or otherwise impairs the operation of the Site itself or the network(s) to which it is connected;
- Take any action that would interfere with or prevent the use of the Site by third parties;
- Attempt to access by any unlawful means the Site or information and/or data relating to registered Users and/or processors and networks connected to the Site.
TGR reserves the right to remove at its sole and absolute discretion any content that appears:
- Unlawful, defamatory, racist or libelous;
- instigator of hatred or violence;
- Harmful to people, institutions or religions;
- Harmful to the privacy of others;
- harmful to underage children;
- detrimental to trademarks, patents and copyrighted content;
- Containing personal data of third parties;
- business promoter.
In case of suspension, temporary or indefinite, it will not be made possible for the User to re-register with the same credentials associated with the suspended account.
CONTENT PROPERTIES
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its graphics, and all text, images, trademarks, logos, and anything else contained in the Site is the property of TGR, and all rights are reserved.
TGR, TGR.it, SCOIATTOLO, JOLLY, SUPREMA, are trademarks registered or otherwise belonging to TGR, the others herein are the trademarks of third parties who have expressly granted use of the mark. Nothing contained on the Site may be construed as a warranty, implied or otherwise, of any license or right to use the marks without the prior written permission of TGR other party who is the owner of the mark.
The aforementioned rights are protected by the applicable laws and international treaties on the protection of intellectual property, and therefore any form of reproduction and redistribution, even partial, of the layout and graphics of the Site, as well as the content therein, without the prior written consent of TGR, is prohibited, as well as being subject to civil and criminal sanctions.
Contents of any nature (texts, images, videos, etc....) provided and entered by Users, remain the exclusive property of Users and/or third parties from which the User has obtained the right to use them. By submitting said content, the User also grants the Site the right to use, publish, disclose, duplicate, transmit, display, publicly perform, the content.
The User represents and warrants that the submission of content and/or use of the same by the Site does not violate any intellectual or industrial property right and/or right to image and/or right to privacy and/or right to secrecy of third parties. In particular, the User also represents and warrants that he/she has obtained all necessary consents and approvals from any interested third parties, that he/she has paid the fees and charges due by law, or contract, to third parties, and that no third party's rights preclude the Site from receiving and using the content pursuant to the General Conditions.
Accordingly, the User agrees to indemnify and hold TGR harmless from any and all claims, damages, prejudices, costs or expenses (including also costs for legal assistance as well as those resulting from any court orders issued against the Site that it may incur as a result of the User's violation of this paragraph.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

To the extent permitted by law and subject to consumer rights, TGR makes no warranty as to the suitability of the content of the site, for any purpose, except as otherwise provided for paid services.

You use the Site under your sole responsibility, and TGR, except for services provided for a fee limited to the purpose of the service, shall not be liable, in contract or in tort, for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Site, including, without limitation, any damage (direct, indirect, punitive or consequential) and any loss (of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money), as well as loss or damage resulting from business interruption caused by the use or inability to use or the results of the use of this Site.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
TGR does not guarantee that the information on the Site will be correct and, in particular, that the content will be available in the same outward appearance, format and under the same conditions outside of Italy. The User, residing in a country other than Italy, who visits and uses the Site, agrees to comply with all applicable laws relating to the transmission of data and content in the country in which he or she resides and, if he or she downloads information and content from the Site, he or she assumes responsibility regarding compliance with the legislation in force in the country in which he or she resides.
EXTERNAL SITES.
The Site contains links and banners to third-party sites that are not under the control of TGR, and it assumes no responsibility for the content of those sites or the services they provide. The Site provides such links and banners but this in no way implies endorsement of or affiliation with the linked site. The linked sites are owned and operated independently by third parties, and therefore TGR cannot assure you that you will be satisfied with their products or services or business methods.
Therefore, it is advisable for you to make any inquiries you deem necessary and appropriate before initiating any transactions with such parties.
